What kind of event can I book a mobile golf simulator for?

We’re available for all types of events (indoors & outdoors!)—whether it’s a company gathering, birthday bash, or any special occasion. You can book the simulator by the hour or reserve it for the entire day, and we’ll tailor the experience to fit your event.

How long does it take to set up and tear down the simulator?

We typically 1-2 hours for set up and tear down, depending on the space and ease of access. Don’t worry about a thing—we take care of all the logistics so you can focus on your guests.

What is included in the rental?

Your rental includes the golf simulator, software, balls, and all essential equipment for setup and operation. Golf clubs can be added upon request for a small fee—and yes, we have left-handed clubs available too!

What are the prices for booking a simulator?

Our pricing varies based on how long you need us, the type of event, and any extras you’d like to include. Get in touch for a personalized quote–we’re happy to help!

What are the space requirements for the simulator?

The ideal space for our simulator is 14’ x 18’ with a clear ceiling height of 10-12 feet.  We can discuss your venue’s dimensions and tailor the setup to fit.

What software do you use?

Our mobile golf simulator features the compact Garmin Approach R50 launch monitor, providing real-time feedback with 42 key metrics like ball speed and spin rate. It delivers precise data and smooth gameplay anywhere—indoors, outdoors, or at your event—for training, competition, or fun.

Do you offer packages for events?

Absolutely! We offer different packages depending on your event type and duration—from corporate gatherings to tournament-style competitions, or simple hourly rentals.

Do you provide insurance or liability coverage?

Yes, our equipment is fully insured. That said, we do suggest your venue or event also carry liability insurance—it’s always best to be covered on all fronts.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We get it—things come up! Cancel up to 72 hours before your event for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, a small fee may apply based on the circumstances. Need to reschedule? No problem—just let us know at least 72 hours ahead, and we’ll do it free of charge.
